There is no charge for the first 20 minutes of your initial session whether in person or by phone. Our initial time together will help you to confirm your decision. There are many variables (insurances, type of service or assessments) that impact your out of pocket costs. We will talk about those fees and it will be clear by the end of the first session what it will cost.
